Perishable goods, personal care products, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method or through store credit.
4. Exchange Policy
We may offer replacements if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
5. Return Shipping
In case of returns due to defects or errors on our part, Trio Mart will cover the return shipping costs.
